Men faktisk kan langt de fleste ting til julefrokost og juleaften med relativt sm\u00e5 modifikationer laves i en udgave, s\u00e5 man kan t\u00e5le det. Det g\u00e6lder ogs\u00e5 brunede kartofler.<\/p>\n<p>Brunede kartofler er i udgangspunktet sm\u00e5, forkogte kartofler man\u00a0glaserer ved at vende dem i en blanding af sukker og sm\u00f8r p\u00e5 en pande. Problemet her\u00a0er sm\u00f8rret, der indeholder b\u00e5de m\u00e6lkeprotein og laktose (m\u00e6lkesukker).<\/p>\n<p>Hvis du &#8220;bare&#8221; er laktoseintolerant og\u00a0godt kan t\u00e5le\u00a0laktosefri m\u00e6lkeprodukter, kan du skifte almindeligt sm\u00f8r ud med laktosefrit sm\u00f8r. Hvis du helt skal undg\u00e5 mejeriprodukter,\u00a0kan du sagtens bruge <a href=\"http:\/\/www.frimad.dk\/index.php\/ingrediensliste\/#maelkefri_margarine\" target=\"_blank\">m\u00e6lkefri margarine<\/a>\u00a0i stedet. Hvis du laver and p\u00e5 samme tid (som vi g\u00f8r juleaften hjemme hos os), er andefedt faktisk helt optimalt at bruge i stedet for sm\u00f8r.<\/p>\n<p>I forhold til sukker, kan du bruge lidt af hvert. Den klassiske er hvidt sukker. Du skal have t\u00e5lmodighed, for det tager lidt tid. Du skal IKKE r\u00f8re i sukkeret, og du skal IKKE skrue op for varmen for at f\u00e5 det til at g\u00e5 hurtigere, for s\u00e5 bliver det sort og ganske uspiseligt.<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e5r sukkeret er ved at v\u00e6re smeltet, smider du margarinen p\u00e5 panden og blander hurtigt sammen med det flydende sukker. Det er alts\u00e5 f\u00f8rst her, du skal begynde at r\u00f8re i det.
