Specielt l\u00f8g-relishen med tandoori-krydderi g\u00f8r virkelig noget helt fantastisk. Og s\u00e5 er det bare en super nem m\u00e5de at lave glutenfrie wraps p\u00e5. Opskriften kr\u00e6ver ikke det store arbejde, selvom det lyder lidt &#8220;avanceret&#8221; &#8211; det eneste, der skal hakkes er l\u00f8g og hvidl\u00f8g, og det er b\u00e5de nemt og hurtigt at stege en laks, brune nogle l\u00f8g og blende en d\u00e5se kik\u00e6rter med krydderi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jeg har siddet og kigget i kogeb\u00f8ger i dag. Det er s\u00e5dan en hobby, jeg engang imellem tager op. Helt almindelige kogeb\u00f8ger som Karolines, Suver\u00e6ne Succeser og T\u00f8sekogebogen. Det virker m\u00e5ske lidt fjollet, n\u00e5r jeg stort set ikke kan t\u00e5le noget af alt det l\u00e6kre, jeg sidder og kigger p\u00e5, men det er et brand godt sted at finde inspiration. Og jeg kan m\u00e6rke, at det f\u00e5r min hjerne til at k\u00f8re p\u00e5 h\u00f8jtryk med tanker som &#8220;N\u00e5ja, s\u00e5 kan jeg erstatte d\u00e9t med d\u00e9t&#8221; og &#8220;Hmm, m\u00e5ske kan d\u00e9t give s\u00e5dan en konsistens\/smag, n\u00e5r det nu ikke lige skal v\u00e6re ost?&#8221;. Det er faktisk ret sjovt og kan bestemt anbefales. Desv\u00e6rre havde supermarkedet ikke mere spinat tilbage. Til geng\u00e6ld havde de laks p\u00e5 tilbud, s\u00e5 jeg sadlede om og besluttede mig for en l\u00f8sning, der var mindst liges\u00e5 crispy og m\u00e6ttende og faktisk en smule hurtigere at lave: gr\u00f8nne wraps af hjertesalat = spinat og wrap i \u00e9n. Smart ikke? \ud83d\ude09 Og laks som m\u00e6ttende proteinkilde, der ogs\u00e5 bet\u00f8d, at jeg undgik at bruge kik\u00e6rter i b\u00e5de wrap og hummus.<\/p>\n<p>Absolut et hit, s\u00e5 her kommer opskriften. Den r\u00e6kker til 2 personer.<br \/>\nAlle tingene g\u00f8res klar samtidig\u00a0og serveres i separate sk\u00e5le, s\u00e5 man selv kan fylde sin wrap med det, man har lyst til. Server gerne lidt friske gr\u00f8ntsagsstave til &#8211; det er super til overskydende hummus. Friske koriander og\/eller persille er ogs\u00e5 et hit.<\/p>\n<p>Velbekomme!<\/p>\n<h2>Glutenfrie, gr\u00f8nne wraps<\/h2>\n<p>Man kan bruge mange forskellige gr\u00f8nne blade. Mine favoritter er spidsk\u00e5l eller hjertesalat, da bladene giver en god spr\u00f8dhed, men stadig kan b\u00f8jes sammen om fyld uden at kn\u00e6kke &#8211; f.eks. i mods\u00e6tning til hvidk\u00e5l. I dag brugte jeg hjertesalat.<\/p>\n<p>Ca. 1 hjertesalathoved pr. person<\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u00e5dan g\u00f8r du:<\/strong><br \/>\nSkyl salathovedet. Sk\u00e6r bunden af stokken, pil bladene af et efter et og l\u00e6g dem i en sk\u00e5l til afdrypning. Denne er bare tilsat karry, og s\u00e5 havde jeg glemt at k\u00f8be citron, s\u00e5 brugte lime i stedet, og jeg glemte vist ogs\u00e5 at bruge tahin. Men det smagte alts\u00e5 formidabelt alligevel.<br \/>\nKarry er et blandingskrydderi, s\u00e5 husk lige at tjekke, om der skulle v\u00e6re gluten\/hvedemel i &#8211; det er faktisk indimellem tilf\u00e6ldet. Det tager et par minutter. Pas p\u00e5 ikke at skrue for h\u00f8jt op for varmen ,s\u00e5 l\u00f8gene bliver brankede.<\/p>\n<h2>Udramatisk pandestegt laks<\/h2>\n<p>1 fersk laksefilet pr. person<br \/>\nOlivenolie til stegning<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Steg laksen i olivenolie p\u00e5 en pande ved middel varme. F\u00f8rst p\u00e5 skindsiden, til den er halvt stegt. Vend den s\u00e5 og steg den f\u00e6rdig p\u00e5 den anden side. Afh\u00e6ngig af tykkelsen skal den nok ca. have 7-8 minutter i alt; lidt l\u00e6ngere p\u00e5 skindsiden end den anden side.<\/li>\n<li>Sk\u00e6r laksek\u00f8det i sm\u00e5 stykker, som man kan putte i sin wrap.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nem, hurtig, let og ikke mindst l\u00e6kker aftensmad.
