Spises evt. med <a title=\"Kik\u00e6rtepandekager\" href=\"http:\/\/www.frimad.dk\/?p=125\">kik\u00e6rtepandekager <\/a>til.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00bd-1 kg gr\u00f8ntsager efter eget valg (2-3 slags, fx porrer, guler\u00f8dder, rodfrugter, kartofler, broccoli, selleri, helst ikke r\u00f8dbeder)<br \/>\n1-2 l\u00f8g<br \/>\n3 hvidl\u00f8gsfed<br \/>\n2 tsk olivenolie<br \/>\n6 dl vand<br \/>\n1 gr\u00f8ntsagsboullionterning<br \/>\n\u00bd-1 tsk. st\u00f8dt chili<br \/>\nEvt. 1 tsk. t\u00f8rret timian<br \/>\nSalt og peber<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fremgangsm\u00e5de:<\/strong><br \/>\nSkr\u00e6l, skyl eller pil gr\u00f8ntsagerne, og sk\u00e6r dem i mindre stykker.<br \/>\nPil hvidl\u00f8gene og hak\/pres dem.<br \/>\nKom olie i en stor gryde ved h\u00f8j varme.<br \/>\nSvits l\u00f8g, hvidl\u00f8g og gr\u00f8ntsager i et par minutter.<br \/>\nR\u00f8r gr\u00f8ntsagsboullionen ud i et grus med kogende vand (se emballagen p\u00e5 pakken).<br \/>\nTils\u00e6t vand, boullion og lad gr\u00f8ntsagerne koge i det i 15-20 minutter, eller til gr\u00f8ntsagerne er bl\u00f8de.<br \/>\nTag gryden af varmen og blend med en stavblender til suppen er j\u00e6vn. Tils\u00e6t evt. kogende vand, hvis suppen er for tyk.<br \/>\nS\u00e6t gryden p\u00e5 kogepladen igen og lad suppen koge op.
